Wayne is a sports & exercise physiotherapist and fitness coach with over 30 years experience in the health and fitness industries. He has been a sports physiotherapist for several national and international sports teams, including the Australian Netball team and the Australian Commonwealth Games team.
With an ability to convert complex high-performance, health and well-being concepts into vitalized messages and simple strategies, Wayne is a popular and regular presenter on corporate health, sports physiotherapy and personal training seminars and courses. He has presented over 3000 hours of professional and personal development training to receptive audiences around the world over the past twenty years.

Graeme started his personal training career in 1994. His extensive experience with a broad variety of clients (including elite athletes and complex sports physiotherapy referrals) has been central to the development of KLT - Health Adventure's systematic approach to exercise design and programming.
Since completing a Physical Education degree in 2006, Graeme’s focus with clients has been ‘fitness coaching’ which emphasizes the teaching role of the fitness professional. As a coach he assists people in gaining the knowledge they need to independently make well informed health and fitness choices - encouraging higher levels of performance through personal empowerment.
