Rachael knows first hand what a busy and stressful lifestyle can do to the body both, physically and emotionally. She will be able to relate to your daily pressures and actively assist in helping you improve your strength and functional body movements with an individualised KLT movement plan and/or Myotherapy techniques.
Rachael loves being outdoors and triathlon training, with ocean swimming, cycling through the hills and trail running ticks the box. She also maintains her strength and endurance training using KLT.
